Adventist Church Tours came into being in 2006, born of two seperate needs.
One a public need, the other an in-house need.

1) The Public Need

Virtual tours of our churches (and schools, campgrounds, etc.) were / are needed for a variety of reasons, not the least of which is out of town members visiting unfamiliar areas. I like to know what there church is like and were it’s located when I’m away on business or pleasure. I’m sure that many other individuals feel the same way I do. You now have a place to go, where you can find directions to a distant church, you can view the amenities that the church offers, whether it’s wheelchair accessable or not, what kind of parking they have (is there room for your RV), and a plethora of other information.

Over time, our tours and their presentation are being standardized with common elements in all. There will be GPS coordinates, driving directions, google map links, contact information, as well as printable documents. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to get to where you want to go.

We are working to improve our interface, and the application programmers assure us that there is a new and improved version right around the corner. What this means to you is a smoother and more user friendly interface to all our tours.

2) In-House Need (Proactive Insurance Cost Reduction)

Even though the public tours are the most visible of our work, it’s the in-house tours that provide the greatest benefit to the individual church as well as the conference.

Every year churches, schools, academies, camps and universities across the country and around the world file insurance claims due to storms, fires, tornados, floods, hurricanes, etc.

  • Insurance companies and insurance underwriters pay out millions of dollars every year in insurance claims. Insurance companies cannot afford to pay fraudulent claims, on the other hand insurance companies are responsible and obligated to reimburse legitimate losses.
  • Taking a proactive approach to this problem, we offer a service that will pay for itself many times over. Through a 3-D virtual documentation process, we provide the evidence proving the validity of the claim while ensuring the insured is equitably reimbursed for actual losses under their specific coverage.
  • Our services provide both the insurer and the insured a visual documentation of the condition of the insured property. This provides for an equitable settlement for both the insured and the insurer and both will benefit from this unique service during the claim processing.
  • The most common type of claim abuse we see is when the insured claims storm damage for pre-existing conditions. This service will “Virtually” eliminate misunderstandings about what was or was not there, and the condition of it.
  • We are easy to contact via phone, fax, or e-mail. We check our e-mail several times a day, and answer our phones from 8am to 9pm, unless otherwise occupied. If we can’t answer our phones immediately, then we return the call as soon as possible.
