What steps are involved to get started?
1) Contact us by phone, fax, or e-mail to arrange date of shoot, method of payment, time allotment, and to collect any additional information needed.
2) Once we have the information necessary, we will send an e-mail reminder as well as a phone call approximately one week before appointment.
3) Prior to our arrival to photograph, the subject location should have been prepared for our visit. You can download the guideline in pdf format here (coming soon).
4) When we arrive, it can take up to 10 minutes to shoot any single room, depending on lighting, etc.
5) Once photographing is complete, the resulting files are processed. Depending on the current work load, it can take anywhere from 6 days to 6 weeks for the completed tour to be uploaded and ready for public viewing.
6) Once the tour is up and ready for viewing, you’ll receive an e-mail with the link to view the tour as well as to link to from your website. We’ll also send a CD with the tour on it for your use.
7) If there are any technical errors or anything we overlooked on our end, we’ll reshoot it at our expense. If there was anything overlooked at the local end that requires a resoot, there will be minimal associated expenses.

Prior to our field photographers leaving your area, they will do a preliminary tour to check the quality of the images, lighting, and that all rooms/areas are covered. Time permiting, you’ll be able to preview this initial tour also and sign off on the results. Any changes after the photographers leave the area will be charged at standard rates. If overnight travel is required, per diem and travel expenses will also be charged. Let’s work together and get it right the first time!
